The theatre box office will be on annual leave from July 8th to August 12st, 2024. We look forward to welcoming you  back again on Monday, August 12st 2024.

If you would like to purchase tickets during this time, please use our online service. To do so, please visit the homepage of Theater Bonn at theater-bonn.de and select the relevant performance in the calendar.

The processing of subscription matters as well as the redemption of election subscription vouchers or value vouchers is, however, not possible in the online shop.

Opera | Drama | Dance

From July 7 to August 22, 2024 Theater Bonn is on annual leave.

This year, the opera house opens its doors on August 22 with QUATSCH KEINE OPER! Johann König, WER PLÄNE MACHT, WIRD AUSGELACHT its doors. 

The first performances of the HIGHLIGHTS OF INTERNATIONAL DANCE will be given by the Lucia Lacarra Ballet mit LOST LETTERS on August 23 & 24 in the Opera House.

On Friday, September 13, the theater season 24|25 will open at the Schauspiel with the world premiere of 216 MILLIONEN by Lothar Kittstein and directed by Volker Lösch, followed by the premiere of FREMD by Michel Friedman on September 14 at the Werkstatt.

The first opera premiere of the new season is DIE MEISTERSINGER VON NÜRNBERG by Richard Wagner on October 3rd, 2024. And fans of musicals can look forward to HAIRSPRAY, the Broadway musical by Mark O‘Donnell & Thomas Meehan with music by Marc Shaiman and lyrics by Scott Wittman & Marc Shaiman, from October 20, 2024.

 

We look forward to inviting you to our big THEATRE AND FAMILY FESTIVAL again this year. Under the motto THEATERFEST GOES BEUEL, it will take place on 21 September from 2 pm in our theater workshops at Siegburger Strasse 42 in Bonn.Beuel, where a varied program for young and old awaits you.
