Note on Admission after the start of the performance

After the performance has begun, visitors may only be admitted to the auditorium at a suitable time determined by the admission staff and without any claim to the ticket seat they have purchased. Late admission generally takes place via entrances that still offer the possibility of free seats, in the Schauspielhaus generally via Entrance C. Late admission is not permitted for performances that would be significantly disrupted by late admission. Tickets that have expired will not be refunded.

  

Advance sales of tickets for drama performances begin on the first day of the previous month, respectively the first working day of the previous month at the latest. Ticket bookings in writing are considered from 1pm on this day, bookings by phone from 12am, provided that there are tickets available. Tickets will have to be collected or paid for within 5 days after confirmation by the advance ticket sales office. Please note that purchased tickets cannot be returned.

BOOKINGS VIA THE TICKET SHOP

Tickets to all of our events can be booked via our web shop around the clock. Through our option print@home, your ticket bookings have become even more flexible. You can book tickets for your desired performance up to four hours before it begins. You can either print your tickets by means of print@home or you can collect your paid-for tickets at the evening box office. 

Please note that print@home tickets generally do not include a ticket. However, you can request an additional ticket to travel to and from the event on local public transport free of charge. You will find more information on this on your printed print@home ticket.

External Advance Booking Outlets

There are around 100 bonn.de-advance booking outlets at your disposal in Bonn and its surroundings as well as 600 further outlets across the country. Select the advance booking outlet closest to you here. In addition to advance booking and service fees per ticket, there will be an operational fee for each booking process (via phone or the internet).

Resale of Tickets

Reselling purchased tickets (original tickets and print@home tickets) for a higher price than stated on the ticket is prohibited. Commercial resale is not permitted. Violation of these conditions leads to a loss of the right of admission to the performance in question, without compensation. Tickets are no longer valid.

The box office opens one hour before the beginning of the performance. At Werkstatt and external venues, the box office opens 30 minutes before the performance.

Umtausch, Rückgabe und Verlust von Eintrittskarten sind unter Punkt 6 in unseren AGBs geregelt. 

In the event of changes to the performance schedule, in particular in the event of performance cancellations, tickets already purchased can generally be returned.
