Vouchers

No matter what the occasion may be – a voucher from Theater Bonn is always the perfect gift! The choice is yours: You can purchase either gift vouchers or vouchers for flex-subscriptions.  The sales agents at our booking offices will be happy to advise you.
 

Geschenkgutscheine, die ab dem 20.10.2023 an den Theaterkassen oder im Webshop des Theater Bonn und Beethoven Orchester Bonn gekauft wurden und einen 26-stelligen Gutscheincode aufweisen, sind ab sofort für die Bezahlung im Webshop und an den Theaterkassen einlösbar.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Gutscheine anderer Ticketanbieter (Eventim.de, bonnticket.de etc.) oder anderer Vorverkaufsstellen nur an der jeweiligen Vorverkaufsstelle bzw. im entsprechenden Webshop einlösbar sind.
 

• Gift vouchers remain valid for three years from the end of the year in which the voucher was issued (§ 195 + § 199 German Civil Code). They are valid for all events produced by Theater Bonn and Beethoven Orchester Bonn.
• A gift voucher may be used to purchase more than one ticket.
• When gift vouchers are redeemed for performances or seats with prices below the respective value of the voucher, the difference to the ticket price will be issued in the form of a new gift voucher.
• Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged into cash.
• There can be no claim to redeem a gift voucher for sold-out performances.
• There will be no compensation for gift vouchers that have been lost or that have lost their validity.

Wahl-Abo-Gutscheine sind aus technischen Gründen (vorerst) nur an den Theaterkassen (nicht online) einlösbar.
 

• Flex-subscription vouchers are valid until 30 December of the year following the season that is printed on the voucher. They are valid for all events produced by Theater Bonn and Beethoven Orchester Bonn. Premieres, special events and guest performances a
• Each flex-subscription voucher is valid for only one ticket. If you would like to redeem vouchers for more than one ticket, you will have to redeem the same number of flex-subscription vouchers.
• When a flex-subscription voucher is redeemed for performances or seats with prices below the value of the respective subscription, the difference to the ticket price will not be recompensed.
• If the value of the flex-subscription voucher is less than the price for the desired ticket, the difference will have to be paid.
• Redeeming flex-subscription vouchers in a higher price category than stated on the choice-subscription voucher is possible on payment of the respective surcharge.
• There can be no claim to redeem a flex-subscription voucher for sold-out performances.
• There will be no compensation for flex-subscription vouchers that have been lost or that have lost their validity.

Umtauschscheine sind aus technischen Gründen (vorerst) nur an den Theaterkassen (nicht online) einlösbar.
 

• Exchange vouchers can be redeemed during the current season and for the same production. Premieres (except in the case of premiere-subscriptions), special events and guest performances are excluded.
• An exchange voucher is only valid for one ticket. If you would like to redeem vouchers for more than one ticket, you will have to redeem the same number of exchange vouchers.
• When an exchange voucher is redeemed for performances or seats with prices below the value of the respective subscription, the difference to the subscription will not be recompensed.
• If the value of the exchange voucher is less than the price for the desired ticket or the respective subscription, the difference will have to be paid.
• Redeeming exchange vouchers in a higher price category than stated on the exchange voucher is possible on payment of the respective surcharge.
• There can be no claim to redeem an exchange voucher for sold-out performances.
• There will be no compensation for exchange subscription vouchers that have been lost or that have lost their validity.
